Exit Hwy 75 at exit 69. Go west on Hwy 120. In the city of Pottsboro, stay in
the left hand lane, 120 will go north and 996 continues west. About 4 miles out
of Pottsboro, 996 will curve north and you will soon come to a sign that says
996 end of state maintenance. Not to worry, it's still a paved road. Keep going
north until you come to a large gate that says Oak Estates. Continue north
through the gate on the private road to the first driveway on the right, that's
the BAR-K-R.
